The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/ applicant in a disposed of writ petition.

The writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 24th September, 2025, directing respondent no.1/ MCD to take requisite action in accordance with law.

The grievance of the petitioner is that after the aforesaid order was passed, the property was sealed by respondent no.1/ MCD on 2nd December, 2025.

However, the private respondent no.2 along with other owners/occupiers of the subject property have tampered with the seal. 4.

This fact is confirmed by counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/ MCD.

Accordingly, an FIR has been registered with the Police and the seal has been re-fixed.

Counsel for the petitioner/ applicant submits that no demolition action has been taken by the respondent no.1/ MCD till date in terms of order dated 24th September, 2025.

Let a status report be filed on behalf of respondent no.1/ MCD within three (3) weeks.
