The matter has been taken up today as 25.11.2025 was declared a holiday on account of Guru Teg Bahadur's Martyrdom Day. 3.

The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "i. Allow the Present Contempt Petition and initiate Contempt of Court Proceedings against the Contemnors under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for the Wilful Disobedience and Malicious Noncompliance of the Judgment and Order dated 24.05.2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No.7167 of 2021 titled 'Merta Investment Pvt. Ltd. versus the Vice Chairman, Delhi Development Authority and Anr.' read with Judgment and Order dated 19.05.2023 by this Hon'ble Court in LPA No.639 of 2022 titled 'Delhi Development Authority versus Merta Investment Pvt. Ltd.'; and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. ii. Summon and Punish the Contemnors for Contempt of Court under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971;

and iii. Issue appropriate directions to the Contemnors to forthwith comply with the Judgment and Order dated 24.05.2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No.7167 of 2021 read with Judgment and Order dated 19.05.2023 by this Hon'ble Court in LPA No.639 of 2022; and / or iv. Pass such other or further orders or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the judgment and order dated 24.05.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. (C) 7167/2021 has been complied with and does not wish to press the present petition. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 6.
