The present petition has been placed before this Court on a remand by the Division Bench and is required to be considered on merits. 2.

Mr Krishnan Venugopal, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners has referred to an order passed by this Court on 17.07.2018, which records that a file was produced in the Court, which indicated that the Sustainable Mining Plan for Saranda Forest had been approved. He requests that the respondents be directed to place the said Mining Plan along with the minutes of the meeting approving the same on record. Let the same be placed before this Court within a period of three weeks from today with advance copy to the petitioners. The petitioners are also at liberty to file

additional affidavit within a period of three weeks, thereafter. 3.

The respondents may also file any additional affidavit, if necessary. 4.
