Matter is listed on office note in pursuance of a PUC received from the learned Sessions Court, seeking clarification of the order dated 20.08.2024 passed by this Court.

The petitioner has assailed order dated 01.08.2024 vide which the Sessions court granted interim protection to the respondent No.2, that was continued on 09.08.2024. This Court had disposed of the present petition on 20.08.2024 as the anticipatory bail application was pending. The petitioner was given liberty to raise all contentions including the maintainability of the application before the Sessions court. Incidentally, on 09.08.2024, the Sessions Court had passed two orders and by the latter order, had already taken a view on the aspect of maintainability. 3.
