The present petition has been filed by petitioner seeking refund of security deposit/caution money to the extent of Rs.25,000/-. 2.

This Court finds that the University from which refund is being sought is based in Gurugram, therefore, no cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

The petition along with pending application, is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court.
