At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states, upon instructions, that the petitioner would submit to the process and would seek appropriate remedy before the concerned Court within two weeks from today.

Subject to petitioner seeking appropriate remedy before the concerned Court within two weeks from today, the proceedings initiated under Sections 82/83 Cr.P.C. be kept in abeyance for a period of two weeks. 3.

Needless to state that any application filed by the petitioner before the concerned Court shall be considered on its own merits. 4.

The petition is disposed of in terms of the above. 5.
