+ W.P.(CRL) 654/2017 ASHOK RANA ..... Petitioner Through:
Mr.S.B.Dandapani, Adv.
versus STATE ..... Respondent Through:
Mr.Varun Nagrath, Adv. for Ms.Richa Kapoor, ASC.
SI Naresh Kumar, P.S.Connaught Place.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR
O R D E R
% 24.10.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 24.01.2017 whereby the competent authority, though, granted parole to him for three weeks but made it contingent upon the surrender of any of the other co-accused of the case who were at that time on parole.
Learned counsel for the State submits that now all other co-accused persons who had been released on parole, have duly surrendered before the jail authorities.
In that view of the matter, there is no further requirement of waiving off the condition imposed by the competent authority in its order dated 24.01.2017.
The writ petition is disposed off accordingly. ASHUTOSH KUMAR, J OCTOBER 24, 2017/k
