New Delhi for the alleged offences u!s 406_ 4?0 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code 1860 along with all the proceedings arising out of FIR No. 73 of 2021. b. During the pendency of this petition, grant interim stay on all proceedings arising out of FIR No. 73 of 2021. c. In the interim, issue directions that no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners herein in relation to FIR No. 73 of 2021.

d. Pass any such other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems lit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.
