"a) Quash the FIR No. 301/2016 dated 19.09.2016 registered under section 323/308/506/34 IPC at P.S. Harsh Vihar and all the consequential proceedings arising there from against the petitioners pending trial as SC No. 240/2022 titled "State v. Amit & Ors." in the Court of Sh. Vineet Kumar, Ld. ASJ-02, Shahdara District, Karkardooma, Delhi; and/or b) Pass any other order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice."

There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioners on the last date of hearing, i.e., 15.01.2025 as well.
