The present matter has been listed on an office note. 2.

It has been pointed out in the office note that the FIR number, the provisions of offences invoked in the FIR, as well as, the name of the Police Station have been wrongly mentioned in Para 13 of the order dated 31.01.2025 vide which the concerned FIR came to be quashed. 3.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, who has joined through VC also affirms the fact of inadvertent mistake having crept in para 13 of the order dated 31.01.2025.

In view of the above, para 13 of the order dated 31.01.2025 is corrected to read as under:

"13. Consequently, the petition is allowed and the FIR No.1636/2015 under Sections 354/354(D)/323/506 IPC registered at Police Station Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi along The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 10:24:24

with all other consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, is quashed."
