Dhirender Rana, Asj, Special Judge(Ndps),North, Rohini Courts Delhi in Criminal Revision No18/2021titled as "Anurag Tanha Vs Mata Savinder Kaur (D) And Ors.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the latter has since passed away on 21.04.2025 and as per instructions from the petitioner's family members they don't wish to proceed with the present petition.

In view of the above, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.
