The present Petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking to quash the FIR No. 0939/2023 registered under Sections 323/341/304/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Rajouri Garden, Delhi. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
