% 10.10.2025 1.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff makes an oral request for deletion of defendant nos. 12 and 13. He states that plaintiff does not wish to proceed against them.

Accordingly, defendant no. 12 and defendant no. 13 are deleted from array of parties.

The plaintiff is directed to file an amended memo of parties within one week.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that suit already stands decreed qua defendant nos. 5, 6 and 7 on 25.04.2025.

He states that proceedings are now only pending vis-à-vis defendant nos. 1 to 4 and 8 to 10. He states that an ex-parte ad-interim order was passed in this suit on 17.02.2020.

He states that with a view to conserve its legal costs plaintiff do not wish to proceed any further against these ex-parte defendants. He therefore states that the suit may be disposed of reserving liberty to the plaintiff to initiate fresh suit on the same cause of action against defendant nos. 1 to 4 and 8 to 10, in case there is any future violation which comes to the attention of the plaintiff.

The submission of the plaintiff's counsel is taken on record. 8.

The suit is disposed of as withdrawn of vis-à-vis defendant nos. 1 to 4 and 8 to 10 reserving liberty to the plaintiff as prayed for. 9.

All pending applications stand disposed of.

All future dates stand cancelled.
