1. This is an appeal by the Revenue against the order dated 9th September, 2016 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal ('ITAT') in ITA No. 1670/Del./2015 for the Assessment Year ('AY') 2010 - 2011.

2. The Income Tax Appellate Tribunal has by the impugned order followed an earlier order of the ITAT itself in the Assessee's own case for AY 20072008 and 2008- 2009. The appeal against the said order by the Revenue was dismissed by this Court vide its order dated 15th July, 2016 in ITA No.386/2016.

3. Accordingly, the Court finds that no substantial question of law arises for consideration.

4. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
