The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "a) to call for the records of the Crl. Revision Petition No. 193/2023 filed by the aggrieved petitioners under section 397 Cr.P .C. 1993 in the case titled as Shikha Sharma Vs. Peeyush Sarna & Ors . b) to pass immediate directions to the Ld. ASJ-05, District- West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for deciding the Criminal Revision Petition No. 193/2023 under Section 397 ofCr.P.C. 1973 in case titled as "Shikha Sarna & Anr Vs. Peeyush Sama & Ors."within a month or in a reasonable time. c) any other or further relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioners and against the respondents." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous, and in view of the same, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
