% 30.08.2017 The request of the petitioner for being released on parole has been rejected by the competent authority vide order dated 02.01.2017 which has been questioned in the present writ petition. The prayer was rejected on the ground of consistent unsatisfactory conduct displayed by the petitioner in jail. The nominal roll displays 30 punishments having being given to the petitioner during the period of his incarceration in custody.

No good ground has been made out by the learned counsel for the petitioner for interfering with the order of the competent authority. This writ petition is dismissed.
