This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that this Court has already appointed a Sole Arbitrator with respect to the disputes, which are subject matter of this petition arising between the same parties in a petition filed under Section 9 of the 1996 Act being OMP (I) (COMM) 293/2025 vide order dated 29.07.2025 and hence this petition is rendered infructuous.

Petition along with pending application stands disposed of as infructuous.
