This is an Application seeking directions for release of the amount of Rs.60,000/- deposited by the Petitioner before this Court as directed by order dated 07.04.2010.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has stated that the Impugned Award does not suffer from any illegality and the matter has attained finality with respect to the dispute inter se the parties, and accordingly the amount deposited in this Court can be released in favour of Respondent No.1. 3.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 enters appearance and submits that he does not have any objection if the amount is released in favour of Respondent No.1.
