% 30.01.2025 I.A. 1796/2025 (application under Section 152 of the CPC for correction in decree sheet) 1.

In pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 23.01.2025, the Registry has furnished the following note:- "

This is with reference to order dated 23.01.2025 passed by HMJ Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav whereby a clarification has been sought by the Registry. The order dated 23.01.2025 reads as under: "I.A. 1796/2025 (application under Section 152 of the CPC for correction in decree sheet)

1. Let the Registry to clarify the alleged typographical errors which are reflected on page no.2 of the decree sheet. The first is with respect to the mention of Civil Suit as CS(OS) No.361/2019 at the top of the page no.2, and the second In respect to the date mentioned in the last line of the decree i.e. 22.05.2023.

2. it be noted that the judgment itself came to be delivered on 15.07.2024.

3. Therefore, list this matter on 30.01.2025." It is submitted that while preparing the decree, inadvertently, the case no. at top of page no.2 wrongly typed as CS(OS) No.361/2019 instead of CS(OS) No.71/2020. Also, the date of the judgment appearing at last line of page no.2 wrongly typed as 22.05.2023 instead of 15.07.2024. These mistakes came to notice when certified copies had already been issued to the parties and learned counsel moved the application no. I.A. No.1796/2025 before the Hon'ble Court for correcting the same. It is further submitted that the mistakes are unintentional and the undersigned undertakes to be more careful in future. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted."

Therefore, let the case number at the page no.2 of the decree sheet be corrected as CS(OS) 71/2020, and also the date of the judgment appearing at the last line of page no.2 be read as 15.07.2024. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the instant application stands disposed of. 4.

Ordered accordingly.
