% 20.08.2024 [Physical Hearing/Hybrid Hearing (as per request)] 1.

This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 13.03.2024 passed by Ms Veena Rani, learned Judge, Family Court-02, North-East District, Karkardooma, Family Courts, Delhi. 2.

Via the impugned judgment and order, the learned Judge has disallowed the application preferred by the appellant for recalling PW-1 for cross-examination and for taking on record questions that were disallowed. 3.

It is not disputed by the appellant, who appears in person, that PW-1 was cross-examined on two dates, i.e., 14.11.2022 and 02.05.2023. 4.

The cross-examination, according to the learned Judge, was carried out at length.

A perusal of the impugned judgment and order shows that the learned Judge had listed the matter for the appellant's evidence on 17.05.2024. 6.

about what occurred on that date.

In any event, since this appeal has come up for hearing after a delay of nearly five (5) months, and even according to the appellant, there is a delay of fifty (51) days in filing and 15 days in re-filing the present appeal, we are not inclined to interdict the proceedings before the Family Court. 8.

Any interference at this stage would tantamount to micro-managing the conduct of proceedings by the Family Court. 9.

For the foregoing reasons, the appeal is dismissed. 10.

Pending applications shall stand closed.
