This petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of an arbitral tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Master Service Agreement dated 30.06.2010.

The mandate of the arbitral tribunal was extended from time to time, lastly by order dated 28.02.2024 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 149/2024, till 31.08.2024.

I am informed that the proceedings are at the stage of final hearing. 4.

Mr. Abhijit Mittal, learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice and states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought.
