O R D E R

% 01.07.2025 CM APPL. 37364/2025 (for release of amount) 1.

This is an application filed by the parties for the release of the amount deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court, in view of settlement of the subject disputes.

The parties state that they have settled their dispute in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre [DHCMC]. The parties have agreed that the appellant shall pay a sum of Rs. 90,00,000/- (Rupees Ninety Lakhs only) to the respondent in full and final settlement of its claims and in discharge of the decree impugned in the present appeal. It is also agreed that the balance amount deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court alongwith the accrued interest shall be released to the appellant. 3.

In view of the averments made in the application to the effect that the parties have settled their dispute in the aforesaid terms, we direct the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Registry of this court to forthwith release a sum of Rs. 90,00,000/- (out of the sum of Rs. 1,14,18,557.89/- deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court) to the respondent. The balance amount alongwith accrued interest be released to the appellant.

Considering that the parties have arrived at settlement before the DHCMC at the initial stage of the present appeal, we direct the Registry to issue a certificate for the refund of 50% of the court fee deposited by the appellant.

In view of the above, the present appeal is also disposed of. 6.

The hearing scheduled on 08.12.2025 is cancelled.
