The present application, under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, has been filed on behalf of the Applicant/ Respondent seeking directions to release the amount in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 10.11.2025.

Vide Order dated 14.11.2025, the present Appeal was disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 10.11.2025, and it was specifically directed that such Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree.

Since there is already an Order directing that the aforesaid Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree, the Registry is required to implement the same.
