Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 14th August, 2024 passed by the DRAT, Delhi in MA No. 152-2024, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner, challenging the order dated 25th April, 2024, was dismissed for want of pre-deposit of minimum amount i.e. 25% of the debt due.

After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner would like to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to agitate all the contentions and submissions before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) on 28th August, 2024 i.e. the next date of hearing. 3.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, however, prays that a direction be issued to the DRT to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible, preferably on the next date itself. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of. DRT is directed to decide the petition as expeditiously as possible. 5.
