After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present writ petitions with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the DRAT.

In the event such proceedings are filed before the DRAT by tomorrow, i.e. 21st August 2024, the same shall be listed before the DRAT on 22nd August 2024.
