Present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to set aside the Bid Document dated 22nd June, 2024 for provision of 'Healthcare Sanitation Services' in the Respondent No. 1-Hospital.The Petitioner further prays for issuance of directions to Respondents to dispose of the representations/letters dated 05th July, 2024 and 09th August, 2024 written by the Petitioner.

At the outset, learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued by this Court directing The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the respondent no.2 to decide the representations / letters dated 05th July, 2024 and 09th August, 2024 in a time bound manner. 3.

Keeping in view the limited prayer made by learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the representations / letters dated 05th July, 2024 and 09th August, 2024 in accordance with law within a week. 4.

This Court clarifies that it has not commented on the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. 5.

In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of respondent no.2, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
