After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application, albeit he prays for a direction qua the FSL Report, which has still not been filed before the learned ASJ, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi (learned Trial Court) till date. To substantiate the same, learned counsel for the applicant has handed over a copies of the order sheets passed by the learned Trial Court from 05.12.2024 to 19.03.2026 in SC No.657/2022 arising out of FIR No.279/2022 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) at PS: Sarai Rohilla.

Perusal of the aforesaid order sheets reveals that despite best efforts The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 30/03/2026 at 15:13:58

and due diligence exercise by the learned Trial Court, the FSL Report has not come forth. At this stage, learned APP for State submits that the FSL Report has since been received and shall be filed on the next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court, i.e. 18.04.2026. 3.

Be that as it may, as a matter of abundant caution, let a copy of this order be sent to the Director, FSL, Madhuban Chowk, Rohini Sector-14, Delhi-110085 with a direction to file the FSL Report in the aforesaid SC No.657/2022 at the earliest, preferably before 18.04.2026, so that the trial can proceed further without undue delay(s).

As such, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn, in the aforesaid terms.
