Matter has been settled between the plaintiff and defendant no.1 before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 14.10.2015 and in view of that settlement plaintiff has to withdraw this suit against defendant no. 1. Statement of plaintiff is recorded separately. Now the suit remains only against defendant no. 2 & 3. In view of notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred.
