The present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) seeks quashing of FIR No. 108/2024 dated 13th July, 2024, registered under Sections 109(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita read with Sections 25, 27, 54 and 59 of the Arms Act, 1959 at P.S. Tughlak Road, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
