The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, praying as follows: "1. Issue a writ of mandamus and direct the Respondent No.2 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 05.07.2024 for shifting of its premises from "Plot No.119, 120, Village Telhara Khurd, Dhaka, East Champaran, Bihar" to "Village Makari Mahuawa, Pipra Kathi, Chakia, East Champaran, Bihar" expeditiously and preferably on or before 30.08.2024;."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the representation of the petitioner, which is pending before the respondents, has not yet been decided yet and there is urgency in the present matter. 5.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to treat the present writ petition as a representation, on behalf of the petitioner, which is to be decided expeditiously , preferably within 10 days, under intimation to the petitioner herein. 6.

Furthermore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again, if any grievance arises.

No further relief is prayed for.

In view of the above, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 9.
