3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to press the present petition. He, however, prays that the petitioner be granted four weeks' time to join at his new place of posting in terms of the impugned order.

4. Taking into account the grounds raised in the petition, we accept the petitioner's request and grant him time till 15.09.2024 to report at his new place of posting i.e. 28th Batallion, SSB, Antagarh, Chhattisgarh, in terms of the impugned order.
