The present petition has been filed by petitioner seeking following reliefs:

(a) direction to Respondent No.2 to issue 'Certified Copy' of Recognition Order [Annexure P-1 of the Writ Petition], originally issued to Petitioner on 24.08.2004 by the Respondent No.2 for running the PTC course; and (b) direction to Respondent No.2 to rectify / update its website by uploading thereon the Recognition Order of the Petitioner, which at present, is not there and is only showing as 'Check' under the column with heading 'Order Type' and '---' [Blank] under the column with heading 'Order'; and (c) direction to Respondent No.2 to forward a copy of the Recognition Order of the Petitioner to its Affiliating University as well as the State Department of Higher Education, for all future references."

Mr. Rishabh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that only concern of petitioner institution is that certified copies of the recognition order dated 24.08.2004 as mentioned in the prayer clause (a) be issued to them and current status of petitioner institution be reflected on the website.

He invites attention of the Court to Annexure P-2 to contend that current status of petitioner as is available on the website of NCTE shows 'Check' and it does not reflect whether the institution is recognized or derecognized. 4.

Mr. Mohinder Rupal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents, on instructions, submits that insofar as prayer (a) is concerned, certified copy of order dated 24.08.2004 will be provided to petitioner. 5.

As regards prayer in clause (b), he submits that current status of petitioner institution will also be reflected on the website. 6.

The statement of Mr. Rupal is taken on record and respondents shall remain bound by the same.

Let needful be done by the respondents within a period of two weeks. 8.

In view of the above submission, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that no further orders are called for in the present petition.
