The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the seizure of goods which was effected on 30 July 2024. However, and as is evident from the record, the respondent is yet to pass an order of adjudication. 2.
Consequently, while we find no justification to entertain the writ petition at this stage, we are of the considered opinion that the application for provisional release which is pending before the respondents would warrant expeditious consideration.
