The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that the respondent/ Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) be directed to rectify the 'Master Data' of the petitioner company on the MCA Portal, by removing/ rectifying the status from "Under CIRP", and restoring its status to "Active".

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the necessary correction/ rectification has been carried out. As such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

The petition is accordingly disposed of .
