This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking a direction to Respondents No.1 to 3 to pay back wages for the period 09.07.1999 to 31.03.2017 amounting to Rs.57,47,271/-, as per the Petitioner, along with interest @ 12% per annum on the reinstatement of the Petitioner being successful in challenging the termination order. 4.

At the outset, Mr. V.K. Tandon submits that this petition be disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to file a comprehensive representation to the Management Committee of the School and the Directorate of Education under Rule 121 of the Delhi School Education Rules to claim back wages and other emoluments.

The petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to file a representation within 10 days from today. On receipt of the representation, the Management Committee of the Respondent School shall decide the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order communicating the same to the Petitioner, within a period of 06 weeks from receipt of the representation. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach the Court in case of any surviving grievance.
