% 27.02.2020 Vide this petition, a direction is sought to second and third respondents to consider representations of 23rd October, 2019 and to direct respondent No.3 to provide the documents submitted by respondent No.5 at the time of execution of conveyance deed dated 15th July, 2019. Learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition at this stage, while seeking liberty to avail the remedy in case a fresh cause of action arises.

The petition and applications stand dismissed as withdrawn accordingly, with liberty as prayed for.
