The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, seeking the quashing of the Look Out Circular (LOC) which has been issued by the Bureau of Immigration (respondent no.1) at the behest of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI / respondent no.3). 2.

An FIR bearing Case No. RC 0502022A0016 dated 22.12.2022 (hereinafter 'the FIR dated 20.12.2022') came to be registered with the CBI on account of receiving a complaint from the Punjab National Bank / respondent no.2 under Section 120B & Section 420 IPC read with Section 13(2) & 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 3.

LOC, inter alia, against the petitioner was made on the basis of the aforesaid FIR dated 20.12.2022.

During the course of hearing, it is brought out that the aforesaid FIR dated 20.12.2022 stands quashed pursuant to the order dated 24.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(Crl.) No. 3205/2023. 5.

It is also brought out that an LOC, which was issued at the request of the CBI against the husband of the petitioner for being an accused in the aforesaid FIR dated 20.12.2022, has also been quashed pursuant to order dated 20.12.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 8584/2024 in view of the underlying FIR being quashed by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, and in line with the order/s passed in W.P.(C) 8584/2024, the LOC issued against the petitioner at the behest of CBI in respect of the aforesaid FIR is quashed. The Bureau of Immigration is directed to update their records. 7.

The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
