Pursuant to the last order, Mrs. Ahlawat, learned counsel for the petitioner, has obtained instructions and submits that even though as per order dated 04.01.2024, the respondent has been conferred functional rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police ('ACP') with prospective effect, his name in the seniority list of those persons who have been granted the functional rank of ACP will be placed as per his initial seniority in rank of Inspector. The said statement is taken on record.
