The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, seeks following prayers:- "(i) Initiate Civil contempt proceedings against the Respondents for willful disobedience of the final order dated 09.07.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) No. 8162/2025;

(ii) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice; and (iii) Award costs of this present litigation." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as the order has been complied with and there is no further grievance.
