Learned counsels for both the parties submit that the parties have agreed to dissolve the marriage by mutual consent on the condition that the petitioner shall provide residential flat bearing No.B-201, Sector-56, Gurgaon, Haryana to the respondent by means of a registered gift deed and shall make payment of Rs.66,00,000/- to the respondent in full and final settlement. It is submitted that the parties shall file a joint petition for resolution of marriage by mutual consent within a period of four weeks from today and this appeal be disposed of with liberty to the appellant to revive the same in the event of settlement not being implemented. 2.
The appellant present in Court along with counsel undertakes to abide by the terms of the settlement. The respondent shall file an undertaking to this effect within four weeks from today.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement with liberty to the appellant to revive the same if the occasion so arises. 4.
Both the parties shall remain bound by the statement made before this
Court today.

The Lower Court record be returned back forthwith. 6.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
