% 16.10.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the concerned SHO, PS Tigri, New Delhi has taken appropriate steps. SI Sohanlal has appeared on behalf of SHO, PS Tigri and submits that any complaint being made by the petitioner shall be entertained in accordance with law. Learned counsel submits that in view of this the petitioner does not want to continue with the present petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh petition, if required, in accordance with law.
