Mr. Kartik Sabharwal, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submits that the eligibility certificate have already been granted to Petitioners 1 and 2 by the NMC and now has also been granted to Petitioner 3 and that, therefore, the grievance of the petitioners stand redressed.
