Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement by way of a Settlement Agreement on 12.12.2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC). A copy thereof is already placed on record. Though, he submits that necessary directions be issued to the parties to act in accordance with the Settlement Agreement, however, he also prays that the present appeal be kept pending for ensuring compliance of the terms contained in the Settlement Agreement.

Having perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement, we are of the view that there is no reason for this Court to keep the present appeal pending any further as once the parties have voluntarily arrived at a settlement, it would be apposite to dispose of this appeal in terms thereof. 3.

We accordingly, dispose of the present appeal by setting aside the impugned order and directing that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the said Settlement Agreement dated 12.12.2024. make it clear that in case any of the parties fails to comply with the terms of the Settlement Agreement, it will be open for the aggrieved party to take appropriate steps as per law and as per the specific terms of the Settlement Agreement.
