By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the learned Trial Court to conduct a day-to-day hearing in the matter of Complaint Case No. 3629/2022 for expeditious disposal and completion of cross-examination proceedings in a time bound manner. 4.

The complaint under Section 143A of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 (hereafter 'NI Act') was instituted and for the first time was taken up by the learned Trial Court on 20.04.2022.
