% 18.12.2025 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 13.11.2025 for releasing the amount of Rs. 3 Lakhs to the complainant on verifying his identity and on the complainant filing an undertaking in the form of an affidavit that the amount so released in favour of the complainant, shall be subject to further orders, that may be passed by the learned Trial Court.

As per record, original affidavit of undertaking has been filed. The same is perused and accepted.

Mr. Mukesh Gola, complainant is present in Court through virtual mode. He has been duly identified by the concerned Investigating Officer.

Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs. 3 lakhs to the complainant as directed in order dated 13.11.2025 of the Hon'ble Court.
