At the outset, both sides submit that since the petitioner Mr. Saquib Abdul Hamid Nachan passed away in June 2025, the writ petition no. W.P.(Crl) 2532/2024 has become infructuous. As such, petition W.P.(Crl) 2532/2024 and pending applications stand disposed of as infructuous. 2.

As regards the remaining petitions, learned counsel appearing in W.P.(Crl) 2755/2024 seeks adjournment on the ground that the arguing counsel is ill and the petitioner Farhan Ansar Suse has filed an application before the trial court seeking pardon, which application is now listed on 28.08.2025.
