The petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his mother has passed away on 28th July, 2024. The petitioner has been incarcerated for the last 18 years including remission being sentenced for life in proceedings arising out of FIR No.678/2009 PS Shakarpur. The death of the mother has been verified, as per the verification report dated 23rd August, 2024 from the Head of the village.

As per the Nominal Roll, there is no previous involvement and the petitioner has been granted furlough on numerous occasions since 2016, 2017, 2018, 2023 and 2024 and he is not misused the liberty. 3.

parole to the petitioner. The petitioner is enlarged on parole for a period of 04 weeks from the date of release subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent subject to the following conditions:
i.
The petitioner shall also provide the SHO, PS Shakarpur Delhi with mobile telephone number which shall be kept in working condition at all times and shall not switch off or change the mobile number without prior intimation to the SHO concerned. ii.
The petitioner is directed to surrender before the jail authorities at the expiry of the period of parole.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
