At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that the effective date of settlement recorded in paragraph No.1 of the order dated 07.11.2024 was, in fact, 18.03.2024 and not 18.06.2024. His submission to this effect is noted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, instructed by the petitioner, who is present in Court, seeks permission to withdraw this petition as the disputes have been settled between the parties. However, she reserves liberty to seek release of provident fund deposited, from the appropriate authority. 3.
