This is a petition filed under Section 29A (4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 6 months.

It is stated that the matter is at the stage of final arguments and part arguments have already been addressed.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Kaushik, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.
