The present application under Section 439 of the of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C') has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of his interim bail for a period of three months, in FIR bearing No. 760/2021, registered at Police Station New Usmanpur, Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 20/29/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 ('NDPS Act). 4.

Issue notice. Mr. Manoj Pant, learned APP accepts notice on behalf of State.

This Court has heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State and has perused the material placed on record. It is stated that the petitioner herein has undergone two heart procedures and the medical documents of the same are placed on record. 7.

Considering the medical condition of the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court for a period of one month vide order dated 20.12.2023 and for a period of two months vide order dated 16.01.2024, this Court is inclined to extend the interim bail for a period of 15 days on the same terms and conditions as imposed in the order dated 20.12.2023, passed by this Court.

It is however clarified that no further extension will be granted on the next date of hearing.

The application stands disposed of.
